hi may i know, how many devices can connect to this dlink router? i need a router that can handle more than 50 devices for iot device such as cctv, lamp, sensor etc or maybe could you recommend me what router can handle that many devices?

yes this router can definitely handle a lot but im not sure with the maximum limits. for routers that i have tested with around 30 devices without any issue, ASUS routers (ax53u, blue cave, ax4200, XT8) for dlink eagle pro ai r15

Hi, i cant recommend the tplink ax55 since i have not tested that model yet. for this Dlink, it works great, also try to check the asus ax53u if you are looking for a wifi router with aimesh capability.

This is the cheapest wifi6 on the market. I am torn between this an tp-link ax23. I could save a few bucks with this. but would you recommend this? I have a 3floor stories house too and would be adding the mesh network later

the ax23 works a little better in range, but barely minimal against this x3000z. since you actually need a mesh network i think get the cheaper one..
