I think you made a mistake. You initially show your router as 192.168.0.1, then later you typed 192.168.1.1.

@@kkkeeevvv999888 Short answer is, you can't - DIR 842 doesn't have a repeater/extender functionality. Or maybe it's just that I haven't really tried hard enough. I didn't bother anymore, sold the damn thing and bought a Wifi6 mesh system.

Take to the service center they would install it properly, I had old firmware, but beware my router sometimes after firmware update would through certificate error and internet won't work, I am right now not using this router.
