Thanks for the demo. My machine still drips the cappuccino out way too slowly. I use espresso ground from Peet's, I set the machine up as per the instructions, I use a modest amount of espresso and I don't pack it very hard. Yet, it still comes out slowly. Any other recommendations on what I should be doing? It is a brand-new machine.

very important to release some water before cappaccino steaming of milk? What does hot milk setting do? Just heats milk? What is difference betwwen cappaccino and hot milk settings? oh and can you recommend a coffee bean grinder? I see you own a Hamilton Beach.

The cappuccino option injects more air into the vapor and the hot Milk is vapor only. And yes I do it everytime because it will add hot water to my milk and dilute it. The coffee grinder is a Hamilton Beach 80393 and does a pretty good job. It is priced about 20 bucks in my region.

If I want to make the cappuccino arts on top of the espresso is it better to keep the further on hot milk or cappuccino??

@@stevenbaban1638 to get the ideal texture for latte art, your best bet is to remove the panerello wand and use a zip tie to keep the silicone steam nozzle attached to the wand ( otherwise it will fly off). The difference in milk quality is dramatic. If you don’t want to do that modification, use the hot milk option on the wand. You don’t want lots of bubbles for latte art.
