NaPoM always pays attention to his competition and usually ends up nodding along. I don't think NaPoM would have made as big a deal about the touching either. Not saying River did anything wrong but just compare their behavior.

Nah for me wing won by far Wing was more technical,clean more complex and overall just better. And dont get me wrong but my opinion is that napom was meh he just got the crowd control.And of course he was powerful but yeah.He used roll like this and you never heard a drop like that and even tho these are routines,after time its just boring and repetitive. And his drop with the sucker punches sounded similar to the drop in his elims. Idk hit me up in the replys but yeah Just my opinion

The way I see this battle, I reckon that 1st ro winner is clearly WING including all the precision of sophisticated texture, cleanness, and structure whereas NaPoM showed a bit disappointing counter ‘I want it’ However, crowd control is also a part of battle points. After watching Wing vs NaPoM, I kinda miss BBU format for some reasons

I am a none beatboxer viewer and even for me Napom's rounds sound recycled and very similar, i have no idea about techniques they used here, i can hear the power of Napom though, but for my ear Wing was just more balanced and better

i very much agree with dlow praising napom's layed back approach. it doesn't have to be as clowny as he does it, sure. but vibing on stage, being spontaneous (at least seemingly), energetic and real adds so much to the performance. a real human beatbox. the opposite is to just awkwardly stand on the stage and tightly perform the routines you practised, no matter what happens around you. however it's still a thing that should be weighed cautiously, otherwise we will end up not crowning the best beatboxer but whoever is the most confident and comfortable on stage.

I feel like D-Low missed something with his analysis. I think Wing was directly attacking Napom saying “making music not for the battle”, as if Napom’s sets weren’t musical and just noise. And Napom’s response was to make fun of Wing’s idea of music by being over-the-top delicate and underpowered. Still, one of the best battles ever - great sportsmanship, sniping each other’s styles, counters, mutual appreciation, and high level beatbox. I keep coming back to this one.

The sound Wing emits is also not standard. After listening to the two artists' performances 100 times, I have a personal feeling that: Wing is very soulless and disjointed!
