@@酸民殺手 人地英美第一個有vacinnes 打, Asia 最叻就係Singapore, when they don‘t have the people to produce vaccines, at least they secure supply first! Malaysia? when do you guys have vaccines? 🙄🙄🙄Right now, only UK, US and Germany produces vaccines that are 90% above fencing off the COVID! Those countries would be top choices for people to migrate to if you care so much about the pendemic and the cure!😏😏😏

Mia Mia Seriously? Only the US,UK and Germany produce the vaccines equates people top them as the country to migrate 🤣🤣🤣 Well, Singapore government is indeed more capable government which we never deny as we always think that Chinese is better at governing the country but on what ground and basis you have to support your claim that because of vaccines, people now prioritise to migrate?Laugh me to death... How many cases a day now in the US? Over 100k and the UK around 30k...Because of vaccines and people want to go badly is pretty cute reason you give and we are being amused😂😂 Especially Az plants are in Japan and Thailand😂😂 So far, Malaysian govt is progressing well too on vaccination rate since we actually started receiving vaccines in May and targeted to completed the first dose for all adults in Aug, two doses for all adults in September. Looking at other Asian countries/cities like Korea, Japan, Taiwan, they are now really progressing well.. Also, 90% protective rate of the vaccines? Seriously again? Or you merely read whatever from the media and internet 🤣🤣 Everyone has their own immune system and work with the vaccines to produce anti-body. There is no such thing that for particular brand of vaccine MUST produce certain percentage of antibodies. It all depends on your own body conditions. This explains why now the UK and US are re-suffering with high cases again

Think they only interested in attracting rich Arabs and oil tycoons from mid east. For Hkg, China, Japan & Korean middle class families, better move to UK, Australia or New Zealand. Current covid situation is already so discouraging somemore want to implement sky high requirements. Too many brainless people incharge in making foolish decision. Ini boleh land memang tak boleh...
@Athena38383 жыл бұрын
@@vvdkop8781 Well, they may be interested in attracting the “rich oil tycoons”, but those people may not be interested in coming to Malaysia! Dare I say, a huge number of those rich tycoons are most probably more interested in London, Monaco, Dubai etc. Malaysia isn’t able to offer them that prestigious status. As for the Hong Kongers, my view is, these potential new policies will most likely push them away, not because they can’t afford it but the Hong Kongers will weigh up the pros and cons and find that there aren’t many benefits at all! What can Malaysia offer that other countries can’t? Hawkers stalls perhaps? And the govt think that those “rich tycoons” would want to downgrade their own lavish lifestyle so that they can eat at hawker stalls day in day out? I somehow doubt it.

@@Athena3838 Agree that Malaysia does not hve a prestige status to attract the super rich. However, Malaysia does offer affordable quality homes, private healthare and education in international schools and private colleges. We hve many nice landed properties and condos equiped with good facilities that some of the foreigners may be not able to enjoy back home. It's the value for money that makes the difference not to mention the unique culture, variety of foods and friendliness of the people that always welcome and blends well with foreign guest. Our tourism and mm2h agent hve put so much effort to promote Malaysia throughout the years but sadly it screwed up by such brainless irresponsible officers on top. It's the endless flip flop policies that are affecting everyone which put a negative impression on the country.
@Athena38383 жыл бұрын
@@vvdkop8781 Indeed! However, we’re talking about attracting people with money, correct? Everything you mentioned, other countries are able to offer (ok, may not be as affordable!) but bear in mind, the rich people will not be looking for affordable housing…. They want status, they want a lifestyle. It is quality they’re after. When it comes to friendliness and making foreign guests feel welcome, well… those new terms are not exactly friendly nor are they welcoming, don’t you agree?

The primary purpose of MM2H is to enable foreigners to retire in Malaysia. I wonder how many retirees (including the well-paid HK Govt civil servants) can have a monthly pension of 40,000 RM = HK$80,000.
@nefeli28-z4h3 жыл бұрын
Basically the change of terms discredit the Malaysia Government’s promises to former MM2H retirees who have bought real estates and actually resided in Malaysia! If you raise those terms without enquiry , no one would trust what ever you push out in the future, who would wanna come to live in a country with sudden change of policies like that? On top with that kinda money one can get an actual citizenship anywhere! Why risk for just a 5 year visa? If you are going to attract people , see what competition you are facing and what you can offer to compete! This is suicidal policy! Period!
@leehyunsong70013 жыл бұрын
Obviously many applicants dont live dont retire in Malaysia, they just want a visa to oversea in time of need.
Visa only, not PR application. The new rules look liked PR application, but dun enjoy PR benefit...personally think not attractive at all. With the amount of money, there many choices.

What country is guilty of the most foreign interventions of any country, by far? Hasn’t that same country been exposed for funding protests in Hong Kong, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia in Africa and in other countries for no other purpose than to block China’s investments & global rise? Hasn’t the same country interfered in Russia, Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia not in the name of "freedom and democracy?" CIA director James Woolsey openly admitted ‘We’ve meddled in other countries elections for the good of the system in order to avoid the communists from taking over. For example, in Europe in 47 48 49, the Greeks and the Italians.’ He could not deny that the US is still meddling in foreign elections.
