Law must take it's full course. How can he refused to attend the hospital the court recommended and submitted a doctor's report from another hospital, such report should be declared unacceptable

It won't get head because thorough investigations are not being made. The court must demand all records they hold. There must be evidence of each visit. Apart from the domestic in terms of the court hearing, this carries it is of PUBLIC INTEREST, from that perspective a walking warrent of arrest must be issued and an order made for in the INTEREST OF PUBLIC SAFETY he be taken to a government hospital and tested if indeed what he allegedly carries is contagious. Equally, Pete should also be arrested and charged for obstructing the course of justice. Simple.
