My current obsession is watching reactions to DGD. How have they been around for a decade and I'm just getting into it? Silver lining is multiple albums to explore! Yaaaaaaaay! RIP Tim and bummer about Tilian. But they'll be good. Also, the glass is sugar. They use it in movies and tv. : )

Dance Gavin Dance is my favorite band of all time. Although it is a pretty big L they lost Tilian as the “frontman” everyone else in the band holds their own weight and (Andrew isn’t in this song) they have another clean singer who’s sticking to the background while the screamer is the new “frontman.” They have so many tracks that are worth a listen. Albums full of heat. Hopefully y’all keep checkin these guys out and great reaction as always!

The glass is definitely made of whatever sugar glass mixture that they use for on stage props in movies too. Gives a convincing darker form like the bottle he uses in the video, but not as convincing when you need clear/blemish free props like a glass tumbler or wine glass + stem. They can just use cgi for color, though.

Whoever is asking you to do the “live” version is just plain wrong. Always listen to the song how it was intended. Just like Spiritbox (popular in the reaction community), please listen to the actual art piece before reacting to the live performance. It’s what was meant to be heard as the permanent piece. Man Of The Year is my favorite song of all time. It’s so epic, but please, if you want to listen to it, please react to the studio version. I’m so sick of people requesting live song reactions before you’ve heard the song. So many things are missing from it if you take that path, and it’s much more respectable to hear the live version after. Also, their two new singles are amazing. A reaction to the video would be awesome. Sorry for the novel, love y’all
