I was worried that the yolks will be cooked too but it's a must to heat the milk up. Thought of adding melted butter to yolks, heating milk separately. Don't add too much at first, give it time to cool a bit before adding more.
Can someone translate the ingredients in English please.

低筋面粉糊我一加入沸腾的牛奶就凝结成颗粒状了。。。。。。

这不对啊,牛奶煮沸烫进去后不用再加热都会糊化而且面糊很浓稠 因为酱变稠消泡很严重

Should just let the milk bubble around the perimeter, not a rolling boil.

Milk 270g, butter 45g, salt 1.5g, egg yolk 86g, cake flour 45g, egg white 135g, sugar 20+60g, vanilla essence 5g, vinegar 2g for stabilize the egg white can omit if u using fresh egg. Filling: cream cheese 25g, mascapone cheese 25g, whipping cream 150g, vanilla bean pod 1/3, sugar 6-10g.
