We called that french fries and you called and french fries cause I noticed that when Customer said do you want chips or french fries that’s what we call them are United States french fries what is the other meat that you’re using? I'm a bit late in response but it is doner kebab meat! A huge chunk of meat (can be lamb or pork) is stuck on a giant skewer that is rotating constantly in heat, you cut off slices for whatever serving
