While filming this video, you probably didn't imagine that at the other end of the world, a 2,5 years old little boy would be watching it passionately everyday, always asking for this Shinkansen video. Thank you for him!

The one on video is definitely not japan would share with any, first of all (that is shinkansen best series currently). Jusk like france shared it's old version of technology with korea. There are other old series's technology which japan might share. Secondly, it is never coming in any sooner as 2023 because it is postponed... Due to budget(no country got bullet train from Japan as they are so expensive than any other and more costly than any to maintain) and the fact that it's ticket in india would cost more than that of normal flights and also importantly the huge cost that it will take to deploy and maintain the train on just very fee of routes of around 500km, can actually make entire fucked up railway system of india better than now. So yeah unless u are rich or just want to be part of show off that u have a bullet train( with no benefit to normal citizen) u can keep on favouring modi on his dumb mission(which might be failure I guess if atleast educated ones understand what is more needed now.)....
Japanese trains are really the best in the universe! :-)
