Well, from what we know about Gensokyo, one either must be forgotten to enter in or born there so she probably doesn't need to be living in Gensokyo. However, due to a meteorite crashing into Gensokyo due to the Morning Star (another name for Lucifer), she was probably able to enter due to distruption of the border cause by the meteorite or she's that powerful due to being a dominent religion. Actually, that might be why Sanea was there to confront Iesua. Kanako has to go to Gensokyo because of~

Iesua Nazarenus is the eternal famous angel of Gensokyo. She was the one who assisted/created the Hakurei Border with some outfit. Once Yukari and Reimu find the one who was there, they found something.... Whatever, Iesua Nazarenus isn't a shit or something else.She means Jesus Nazaret/whatever she is called, because as You've looked a christ movie, she was the seed of the god up in skies. But, she was doing some dutys and died on that T For us. You can't say that she is fake or something else, because you are violating the christ rules and you can be send to Hell for that.

The original is an uncompressed 16-bit stereo signed PCM with a sample rate of 22.05kHz (idk why they didn't go for 44.1 or 48 kHz) and bit rate of 706kbps, so no it shouldn't sound so compressed.
