I have a weak spot for the bamboo forest themes (this and Bamboo Forest of the Full Moon). I wish there were more arranges for this theme, they seem pretty scarce. As for the arrange, the atmosphere is off the charts! Give me an Imperishable Night movie with this in it!

The list kinda just came together, so I wasn't that far from the guts method. Well, I don't know about others, but I specifically remember tracks that are easy to hum or whistle to. Just something easy yet catchy when you're cleaning or taking the dog out. Kogasa's theme just so happens to be easy to remember, and awfully catchy.

You are missing out by not knowing Th2 and 5 soundtracks! Definitely recommend checking them out! I'm personally super fond of the PC-98 menu themes, because they don't follow the same motif pattern as the windows ones.

Imperishable Night isn't a title theme though. ;) There are a few other tracks too that contain the "main touhou melody" from Theme of Eastern Story. (such as Bamboo Forest of the Full Moon [chorus] and Illusionary Joururi [last part of the chorus cycle] ) Anyways, interesting list! Never thought Sealed Cloud Route would be on anyone's list. That theme deserves all the love it can get!

Uncultured?? I wouldn't put it like that. My almost-all-inclusive ZUN collection has 480 tracks! I know I'm a nolife who listens to them all the time and reminds myself on every single one of the title and source for each song, but that's because I'm an obsessed fangirl. x3 What I'm saying is no one can expect everyone to be familiar with all of the music in Touhou. Every fan is a 100% fan even if they're not familiar with the entirety of the vast source material. Heck, you know already multiple games and can name more themes than U.N.Owen Was Her? and Bad Apple. That's enough to qualify in my eyes. :D

***** Thanks :D I still consider myself not very knowledgeable as those songs are kind of just spread out and I don't know many themes from one game other than EoSD. And there are some I don't even know the name of the game they are from like Flowering Night (I know, one of the most popular themes I don't even know the game it's from) and Autumnal Waterfall and Lunatic Eyes. My knowledge is super spread thin so I find I don't know as much as most other fans of Touhou. Also, obsessed? I don't think anyone can beat my obsession over Monster Hunter. I was truly obsessed (and still am) with those games. Shoved 2k plus hours into only 4 ultimate alone. Probably at least 7k hours in the whole series. The truest of obsessions.

I guess I could do that..? Just playing the games works too but that takes practice and as we all know the games are not that easy to complete. :')

Am I late to the party? HRtP : Now, Until the Moment You Die - Not sure why. It just kinda flips a switch when I hear HRtP. SoEW : She's in a Temper!! - Ah, Rika. Haven't played too much SoEW. But when I hear SoEW, I hear Rika. Hence, the theme. PoDD : Strawberry Crisis!! - Someone told me writing in red helps you remember what you wrote. The validity of that..? I'm not sure, but, for a theme including strawberries, I wouldn't be surprised considering all I see in PoDD is Yumemi and her theme. LLS : Sleeping Terror - Not gonna lie, I've played LLS twice in the amount of time I've been into Touhou. This theme comes to mind though. MS : Alice in Wonderland - The Last Judgement comes very close! Alice in Wonderland isn't my favorite theme, but, it's rather memorable for me. I need to play MS again... EoSD : Crimson Tower ~ Eastern Dream - Crimson Belvedere has a better ring to it for me (though that's just personal preference). EoSD was the second Touhou game I played. The music stuck to me for a while. Getting to the staff roll did not disappoint. PCB : Mystic Oriental Dream ~ Ancient Temple - The contrast from the theme that would play prior to it (Phantom Ensemble) is quite something. Must be why I happen to hear this theme when I hear PCB. How lovely. IN : Plain Asia - Imperishable Night is hands down one of my favorite Touhou games --the music playing a big factor (doesn't that go for every Touhou game though?). The beginning of Plain Asia is the main trigger for me thinking of it though. PoFV : Wind God Girl - I like it. I like it a lot. MoF : Fall of Fall ~ Autumnal Waterfall - Comfortably lively. I was playing MoF some time ago and I always get excited to reach this stage. Must be why it comes to mind. SA : Satori Maiden ~ 3rd Eye - This is mostly because I went through a "Satori phase" where she became my favorite character for a long time. Nonetheless, this theme has always been stuck inside my head. Yuugi's theme is pretty fun too, but, Satori's theme still pops in first. UFO : Fires of Hokkai - I remember hearing this theme for the first time. The impression it left on me is everlastingly (is that a word?) positive; a mixture of emotions perhaps? TD : Desire Drive - I get all nostalgic when Desire Drive comes on in TD. Hate the boss though... Well... Bosses..? Stay down just for a few more seconds Miyako... please..? Well, if I'm gonna get annoyed at least I was happy prior to the boss battle. DDC : Kobito of the Shining Needle ~ Little Princess - My very first Touhou game! I got into Touhou after watching some MMD video featuring some of the girls. That was something. When I actually played the game I reckon it was not too long after DDC had just been released? What a mess. I was so confused when Marisa started shooting out fire and Reimu's *cough* "broom" started homing in on enemies and spinning. DDC will always be in my heart. On another note, many themes come to mind. Little Princess takes the cake though. Thunderclouds of Magical power and Humans and Youkai Coming and Going at the Canal (what a mouthful, geez :'D ) truly come close most of all (the menu theme though
