I think the arrangement in itself in this track is lovely. Bossa seems to becoming more and more common among Touhou arrangers (perhaps along with the "Toho Bossa Nova" series) but I think this is better than most tracks you hear.
The vocals are a little strange, but I don't really think they're bad. They start out pretty shaky but they get better throughout the track.
