there are only a limited amount of movement combinations that can be done.. there are bound to be similarities... I don't really see the big deal about it I mean is just some choreo and Im sure Perfume does not come up with their own choreo nor does Tokyo Girl's Style that is something their respective production team is in charge of although to be honest I don't really see the similarity your talking about..

marinyan As a huge Perfume fan for the past 8 years so far I can confidently say that these dance moves are NOT copied. The only move similar is when they reach down to their ankle and turn around and move their hip in a circle. Lots if dances have those two moves as well. So, did Perfume copy too? No. It's only coincidence that the choreographers feel those moves fit will in the transition of their dances.

we've been fans for the same amount of time then, love emotion~ I never said it was bad, or blatantly copied. but one small specific move reminded me of part of Spring of Life - it was when they did that spread hands against hips thing with back facing the viewer. very small move, just made me think "ah, reminds of Spring of Life~" I don't think choreo moves can really be "copied" so simply, since people can only move their bodies in so many ways, but I can surely be reminded of one dance by another~ i like it when other fave artists remind me of another :)
