Girls clad in exquisite Thai Kinnara costumes dance the role of the exemplary feminine grace and intelligence; the Kinnara posseses extraordinary ability and dances with great elegance, and can sing and recite poetry. I believe this dance is usually performed by adult Kinnara performers, and this is a less typical rendition.
Unfortunately this a very abbreviated footage of all the spellbinding artistic and religious perfomances and folk dancing that took place at the World Peace Ceremony in the temple at Hsi Lai Monastery.
