Kim, I love this house, would you mind tell me what the Builder is ? Can the builder do an Extension for the living area of the Kitchen too ? and also, can the builder modify the island of the kitchen into Bar Table?

The drawback of this house is that the Master room don't have a Floor=window.

Which Builder for this house? I love the Ceiling to Floor big windows in the living room and the Bi-fold winder in the extension, but it will be much better if the extension can have Ceiling Window. ..... Making me disappointed is that the master bedroom don't have a big Ceiling to floor window.

Lymm主要地區不屬於曼城, 主要係Warrington Borough Council, 而Lymm High School係Warrington Council，不屬曼城。可能要fact check後改返標題會好少少.... 至卡片內有提及一間學校會收WA13，要留意WA13有少量post code area屬於曼城區域，fact check完先知...

無地熱，個 radiator 好影响如何放傢俬。又唔係 Air heat source pump , new build 仍然用boiler，你話好正又唔算。另外個前園好細，好唔完整既格局。

步行往Lymm市中心迴旋處有一家小型Sainsbury,日常買餸買菜會應付到，另外每星期在Sainbury對出有一兩日有外來的有𤗈流動小販會運冰鮮海鮮過來賣，如果你跟小販拿卡片，你可以打電話叫他們下次擺檔，預訂些活海鮮例如扇貝生蠔大蝦進來。所以不開車也可買到新鮮食物的。至於大型些的商場就要坐30-40分鐘巴士去Alitricharm 或Warrington了，去這兩個地方市中心除了大型中超，差不多什麼生活日常用品都可以買到了。當然如果識揸車去Manchester 市中心或Trafford Centre, 不塞車的話半個小時左右就什麼都買到了。
