毗鄰西九文化區、當代視覺文化博物館M+,及香港故宮博物館等文化地標,ELEMENTS圓方正逐漸成為另一新食點。今集《純味香港》李純恩(Benny)和黎紀君(Christy)帶我們到訪圓方「帯広はげ天」,品嚐純樸真摯的北海道鄉土料理「帯広はげ天」(Obihiro Hageten)。 今集《純味香港》Benny和Christy到「帯広はげ天」 品嚐最純粹的北海道鄉土料理。
「帯広はげ天」早於1934年在北海道帶廣市創立,一直恪守創辦人矢野省六的教誨「美味佳餚源自優質食材」,極為注重時令食材的原味道。首家日本海外分店於2016年7月登陸ELEMENTS圓方,延續最純粹的烹調方式及細緻的調味點綴,將來自北海道及日本各縣之新鮮食材,炮製成享譽盛名的蝦夷天婦羅、爐端燒以及各式北海道鄉土料理。今次負責為Benny和Christy炮製盛宴的廚房經理范華迪為了更好傳承北海道料理的精髓,更特地前往日本總店跟隨創辦人學習正宗北海道料理的制法,腳踏實地傳承這份匠心精神。
Adjacent to the West Kowloon Cultural District, the Museum of Contemporary Visual Culture M+, and cultural landmarks such as the Hong Kong Palace Museum, ELEMENTS mall is gradually becoming another new dining hotspot. In this episode of "Taste of Hong Kong," Benny Lee and Christy Lai take us to the ELEMENTS mall's "Obihiro Hageten" to taste the simple and sincere Hokkaido local cuisine.
"Obihiro Hageten" was established as early as 1934 in Obihiro city, Hokkaido, adhering to the founder Shoroku Yano teaching that "delicious food comes from quality ingredients," paying great attention to the natural flavor of seasonal ingredients. The first overseas branch in Japan opened in July 2016 at ELEMENTS mall, continuing the purest cooking methods and delicate seasoning to enhance, bringing fresh ingredients from Hokkaido and other prefectures of Japan to create the famous Ezo tempura, robata-yaki (charcoal grill), and various Hokkaido local cuisines. The chef , Mr. Fan who prepared the feast for Benny and Christy, even went to the head office in Japan to learn the authentic Hokkaido cuisine cooking methods from the founder, earnestly passing on this artisanal spirit.
