ALBARRACIN
Walking through its streets, crossing its walls and entering its monuments is like traveling in the Middle Ages.
Its reddish houses, its doors and knockers, its tiny windows with lace curtains or balconies made of rich, carved forge wood.
We walked on the river trail to get a different view.

CHIQUILLO
In the middle of the natural park of Alto Tajo, a charming town Chiquillo. Its whitewashed houses are surrounded by large rocks with capricious shapes.
Chequilla is one of the most beautiful towns in Castilla-La Mancha.
A real Far West setting ...
SANCTUARY OF THE VIRGIN OF LA HOZ
The sanctuary is located in the Alto Tajo Natural Park, it is in an incomparable natural setting known as "Barranco de la Hoz", molded by the waters of the Gallo River.
SANCTUARY of Our Lady of JARABA

the Virgin appeared to some shepherds at the entrance to the Hoz-seca ravine, just in front of where the sanctuary stands today. Legend has it that one night, while the shepherds were with their cattle in this area of ​​the Mesa River, bright lights and gleams caught their attention, and when they approached to find out what was going on, they have found the image of the Virgin.
NUEVALOS
The MONASTERY OF PIEDRA owes its name to the Piedra river near which it was built.
The Park, Historical Garden, of the Monastery of Piedra, offers a spectacular route through exuberant nature. A surprising landscape where paths and paths cross waterfalls, streams, lakes and caves, in the shade of ancient trees and exceptional vegetation.
We started with the Baño de Diana waterfall then just above the caprichosa.
The last, the Cola de Caballo (the Ponytail), a waterfall 90 meters high.
It is the most beautiful of waterfalls.
The path to Iris cave is very narrow and steep (but there is a great view of the fall). Inside the cave, there is a beautiful green pond. The interior is really impressive, with the waterfall above.
