11:56 fattoush 12:21 mint tea. 用 chinese gun powder green tea 和薄荷葉泡的。喝時放点 mint leaves 在杯裝飾。 16:10 茄子 dip 叫 baba ghanouj。那个 hummus 主要成份是 chickpeas 來的，和加 tahini sauce, 一点 garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper 去 blend 而成。按自己喜好可以加 cumin powder, paprika powder, sprinkle 一些黑 olive 和切碎芫荽，很好吃。红色那个 dip 叫 muhammara, 红椒，walnuts, breadcrumbs 等 blend 成的。中间那条叫 stuffed vine leaves, 用 grape leaf 包了飯，牛羊肉，疏菜等，下面舖 vine leaves 和 lemon 片，上面也舖上 lemon 片去蒸一个多小時，所以吃起來是酸酸的。那个 hummus 在家自己做很便宜吧了。我整天买 canned chickpeas 和 organic tahini sauce 做來吃的，非常簡單易做。我看到大马百货公司架上卖的可不便宜。

Well, keep up the good work, I’m from the state, remember long time ago I did said you are in a small country. I had work in Saudi for 5 yrs, almost every week will have the fried fish lunch with my Saudi colleague. We will seat on carpeted floor, laid out a plastic sheet and share the fried fishes on top of rice served in a big stainless steel plate. My Saudi colleague will take onion and tomatoes from the shop cut in pieces and blend some tomatoes to eat with our lunch. Yes I had also eaten the parrot fish with green bones. Sometime we also order Rabbit fish, when deep fried it is very nice.

其实我们都是被媒体影响，媒体总是把负面新闻放大让我们误会。如果以前没机会接触过当地人没到过中东地区，我应该一辈子对他们文化很大的误会… 不论知识、礼仪、人情等…他们是不会输给我们的。坏人哪里都有，都在于自己的心态和遇到的人和事。马来西亚很多事太过于以宗教为首，有碍于国家发展。

在沙地阿拉伯跟united arab Emirates, 当地人用鹰嘴豆(chickpea)来做hummus。通常用它们的饼来沾hummus 。

Well, at least you can have some informatively information, not loosing out of touch. Is very knowledgeable person, the same time you can make some meals to eat. Saudi is not back ward the only thing is not open, they make some changes due to the new king, that’s good for the people. But watch out those man are like animals, to having women mixing around you have to watch out.
