想請教近日睇啱一間屋。在planning history 見3 3年前做extension時，有申請planning application，亦有資料顯示plan approved，但planning portal 內唔見該extension 有compliance certificate。而响Building control application －欄內，見該extension 的status 為PAS. 是什麼意思？法律有冇規定builders or CP 要報完工及申請compliance certificate? 如果想補番報完工，council 會否要求open up裝修，以證明當曰的加建，在施工、用料等符合相關要求，才會發出compliance certificate ? 定係用片中所述，10年期時效，申請lawful certificate ?
