डूंगरपुर जिले के चितरी थाना अंतर्गत किशनपुरा दीवड़ा बड़ा में एक व्यक्ति की हत्या कर दुर्घटना का रूप देने के लिए रोड पर फेंकने वाले चार अभियुक्त को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है चितरी थाना अधिकारी परमेश्वर पाटीदार के अनुसार किशनपुरा दीवड़ा बड़ा मुख्य सड़क पर एक व्यक्ति की संदिग्ध अवस्था में 8 जनवरी को लाश मिली थी जिसकी पहचान फकीरा पुत्र मावजी ताबीयाड उम्र 45 वर्ष निवासी किशनपुरा दीवड़ा बड़ा के रूप में हुई थी मौके पर साक्ष्य जुटाकर मृतक के पुत्र निलेश पिता फकीरा ताबियाड उम्र 23 साल निवासी किशनपुरा की रिपोर्ट पर कार्रवाई करते हुए शव का पोस्टमार्टम करवा कर परिजनों को सुपुर्द किया था एवं उक्त प्रकरण में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर मुलजिमों की तलाश शुरू करते हुए दौराने अनुसंधान मुखबिर की सूचना और कॉल डिटेल के विश्लेषण से आरोपी दिनेश पिता रूपा डोडियार उम्र 40 वर्ष निवासी दीवड़ा बड़ा फला भीलवा डूंगरी थाना चितरी को मनोवैज्ञानिक तरीके से पूछताछ करने पर मुख्य अभियुक्त दिनेश डोडियार द्वारा अपने साथी संजय पिता मक्सी बामनिया उम्र 21 वर्ष निवासी भीलवा फला बामनिया वाडा थाना सागवाड़ा और राजेश उर्फ राजू पिता कचरा लाल बामनिया उम्र 24 वर्ष निवासी भीलवा फला बामनिया वाडा और मुकेश पिता मक्षी कुबोत उम्र 28 वर्ष निवासी भीलवा थाना सागवाड़ा के साथ मिलकर मृतक फकीरा पिता मावजी ताबीयाड की हत्या करना स्वीकार किया जिस पर दिनेश पिता रूपजी डोडियार और उसके अन्य तीन सहयोगी आरोपियों को नियमानुसार गिरफ्तार किया गया Four accused who murdered a person in Diwada Bada and made it look like an accident arrested. According to Chitari police station officer Parmeshwar Patidar, the dead body of a person was found in suspicious condition on Kishanpura Diwada Bada main road on January 8, which was identified as Fakira son Mavji Tabiyad, age 45 years, resident of Kishanpura Diwada Bada. After gathering evidence on the spot, action was taken on the report of the deceased's son Nilesh father Fakira Tabiyad, age 23 years, resident of Kishanpura, the body was handed over to the family after post-mortem and a report was registered in the said case and the search for the accused was started. During the investigation, on the basis of information from the informer and analysis of call details, the accused Dinesh father Rupa Dodiyar, age 40 years, resident of Diwada Bada Fala Bhilwa Dungri police station Chitari was arrested after psychological interrogation. Dodiyar admitted to have murdered the deceased Fakira son of Mavji Tabiyad along with his accomplices Sanjay son of Maksi Bamniya, age 21 years, resident of Bhilwa Fala Bamniya Wada, Police Station Sagwara, Rajesh alias Raju son of Kachra Lal Bamniya, age 24 years, resident of Bhilwa Fala Bamniya Wada, and Mukesh son of Maksi Kubot, age 28 years, resident of Bhilwa, Police Station Sagwara, on which Dinesh son of Roopji Dodiyar and his three other accomplices were arrested as per rules.
