它和我们平时新闻看到的美国最高法院不同，美国最高法院是更高一级的法院。平时新闻看到的最高法院位于美国首都，由9个大法官审理。因为他们这些老人家精力有限，一年仅接受少于100个案件的上诉，只会接受对于美国重大的影响力，有重大意义的案子。
因此，对于我们老百姓而言，我们的案子如果没有突破，或者，发回重审的话，基本就在巡回法院这里结束，所以...
