從60年代尾開始鬧鬼，但越來越多人聽到有打字機聲，文件櫃又會自動打開，後來連有外藉人員晚上也聽到怪聲，到1974年才批准做法事，我當年也有睇見做法事，所以絕對不是1963年做法事，是1974年!

多謝今集Croc兄介紹，我爸爸以前在舊郵政總局工作 即現址新世界中心，他有説大大部打字機塞入櫃桶是真有其事 ，實在太奇怪唔知咁好身手放得入去。 而且當時成日壞日本牌子的冷氣機。但是他們不怕鬼公務員又好喜歡夜收開OT，因為每個月的人工會加多些。

60年代聖傳猛鬼的美利樓現時坐落於赤柱, 當年是差餉物業估價署的舊址. 政府邀請宗教人士做法事 並且由電台 即場轉播.因保育理由 後來 整座建築物 拆散 遷往赤柱
