I think japan should revise its constitution . But the article 9 has a loop hole . In its paragraph it doesn't states that they can make weapons on their allies territory , this can be overpass by building weapons manufacturing on its southeast asian defense treaty , in which case the R.A.A or the Reciprocal Access Agreement , the MoD can build weapons here under the veil of helping the philippines "modernize" , maintenance would be carried by the state host (philippines) , this allows the japanese to OPERATE THEM but on within the territory of its host state or if the agreement allows the access to the other parties oceans , then the japanese can operate them in their waters , crew would be 50/50 to have a loop in the article .

They are not the JSDF, but a private right-wing organization. Also, the hats they wear are part of a uniform unique to right-wing organizations called kōdōfuku (action uniform).The origin of this uniform is that it was provided by the government to right-wingers who attempted to break up the left-wing demonstrations that occurred when Eisenhower came to Japan.(Although it would be considered corruption today, it was not uncommon in Japan at that time for the government to cooperate with private right-wing groups.)
