My internship used to be 8 months, and I agreed that 3 months are really not enough to learn anything that is useful, not even enough time to know what others are doing. Most of the interns I meet are quiet and not aggressive enough to learn something new. For me, I am fortunate enough as my senior willing to teach me most of industry skills and I able to utilise it. No complain, my wage was 800 back then.

It was an internship program, you are required to have student identity during the internship program You would have a exit interview and final presentation to decided if you would receive a return offer for the management associate program @@walterhii

确实跟过几个 senior 聊这个是 citi 在 MA 今年的布局,薪资跟以往其实好像差蛮多的,后来在 NY 受训的时候跟韩国跟台湾的朋友都有聊到,也发现今年开始 Citi 在马来西医给的 pay 也不会输台湾跟韩国太多,信不信由你 但你也太小看 VP 了吧@@chaosteam9685
