My advise don’t stress Mithi out with India’s school …if I am not wrong she turned 5 years old in June and it’s ok if she needs to repeat a yr. There are many parents in US who hold back their kids and start kindergarten only at 6 if they feel their child is not prepared for Elementary school. If you really can wait or ask ur mom to come to take care of for few months and then go to India in summer vacation it will be more than 2 months holiday.
