@@eclipsegst9419 Nah, pretty sure those CPM map scenes are straight from CPMA. People still play.

@@entik Hard telling. Quake Live is just a partially locked down source port with built in CPMA and DeFRaG modes and autohop added. HUD is the only visible difference, and default maps have the Q3 or CPMA signage replaced. But many other maps were ported and still have the original signage too. It's just a shader.

​@@eclipsegst9419 Eh? PQL does not have the same movement physics as CPM...from the last time I played PQL years ago, the only similarities to CPM were air control. This leaves out stair jumps, teleporter jumps, step up jumps, etc.(ie: on aerowalk, red armor 180 stair jump from stair to red platform). Just looking at 3:33, you can see the enemy gets significant boost from jumping out of the teleporter, which indicates a teleporter jump, unique to CPM.

Yes but mostly just Clan Arena and Race (DeFRaG). I wish there was an NA PQL (thats what they call CPMA mode) Deathmatch server. Maybe ill get around to putting some old PC parts together and do it myself idk.
