tips: First watch the cameras with lights on. (you need to because anxiety will go up) second, answer phone calls third don’t answer a phone call if a train passed by before the train goes, turn off the light wait for the man to go fourth, if any unusual noises occur and there is no one too see on the cameras, make sure to hide in the bunker or whatever :P hope this helps! That's actually good to know even if yo udont see him: If the caller IS on the other side of the tracks, when the phone starts ringing, *Your awareness will NOT increase whole it rings.* that's possibly a great way to know if its a trapped call or not without turning around. (Though you will have to stil lturn off the lights ofc)

If you're referring to the loud ahh alternative that comes in the room and screams at the top of its lungs, then I think it has something to do with the train passing by if you look closely at 1:58-2:00. The screamer might have a chance to ride on the train everytime it spawns?

The scremmer can enters anytime, to know when he’s coming there 2 options :1) you need to listen for the train audio, once it stop, the scremmer is coming to your room 2) you can also see him in the window riding a train

In easy/hard mode. You will hear a loud bang indicating that the screamer is running towards your office In nightmare mode, The banging is disabled so you can check often if hes running towards your office or find the camera before he starts running

You know there are constantly train that comes. Sometimes there's the screamer on a train. After the train with the screamer passes, the screamer will also come after.

@@tamBTK It's normal because in easy mode, when a train comes there's 100% chance, the caller's there. While in nightmare mode it's different : to see the screamer (check my comment above) and to know if the caller's there, you have to see if 2 train come in a row, if that's the case then 100% sure the caller's there
