Is cause that's all I've done since I was 11. I tried to cater it to you guys. So the votes are recruiting, sales, leadership and systems. And determining what you guys vote is kind of where I'm going to spend most of my time. But here's the point. The structure with this tool, 10 50, 50 split, and I'm not going to die much of it’s commissions is broken because there's no margin for growth. There's no up, there was no difference between whether I just got here, I'm here 10 years. There's no growth for a leader. There's no override breakdown for uh, uh, an actual system to build a company because we're giving away the farm right now that there's nowhere to go. If you have a good system in upside, they will grow with you. Empower that because it's going to take less headache off of you and you can duplicate. I literally am seeing how I do it. When I shifted my mindset is I am saving people from what I call society's drift because this is one of the only opportunities where you can create your own destiny and you can literally have as much free time doing it. Guys, I’ve studied the millennial mind, raise your hand if you’re a millennial. We got a millennial, oh my goodness. They want to go to Bali for a month. Don't that? They want to go. They want to be free spirited. They want to just like make an impact. They want to do stuff. They want to like somehow have more Instagram likes and not care about their bank account right there like this true though, right? They care more about how many views their videos had, then their paycheck is crazy. But what's crazy about that is our vehicle is actually the most identified with millennials because it gives them the opportunity to be their own boss. Think of Uber. Why did Uber Blow up? Because it created freedom. Work when you want and make as much as you want, right? That's what people were calling forth. Yet you have a vehicle that you're hiding from the generation. If you're not growing, you're dying. It's a natural human need that we have is expansion. And another one is impact. So this is giving you that you're changing lives, get better recruiters. And so your, your, your system to get them up to speed struggles. So it's how do you sign them, train up and get them paid. So I like to have some kind of checklist that says, okay, you finish this, you did this, you did this, you did this. It's a very clear path. The first week or the first three days are the first two months. What that checklist looks like. This is just a simple example. So this is in the recruiting system that I have, but you can build your own onboarding checklist. The second sooner, our forest, how to ride sales training and system to get them up to speed. So yesterday adam talked about I recruit all stars, I kind of want to debunk the myth. I don't necessarily recruit all stars. I create all stars. So what I found is you can build and create sales people if they have two things, a positive attitude and work ethic. But you as a leader have to have a system to plug them into. what was your training like the very first time? Oh man, go out and not even a half an hour with my trainer maybe. All right. And then he's like, all right, you, you figured it out. And I'm so the ADT security systems and I go and I knocked my first door, whatever. And she's like, I was texting my parents house, but if you leave me your number, we'll, I'm sure they'll call you back. I run back to my trainer, like got a deal. But I did. They're going to get sold to 100% of course they'd never asked him, don't ever call me back. Nothing ever happened. Right. But that was just, and I didn't feel actually at all from my first like five or six days, like it was a struggle. Thank you. You're still here. Okay, now let's take this example. Okay. I didn't know what he said. So the fact that he's still here, how many people quit on day five? I call it the ghost of summers past. How many people fail? There would've been a 10 year veteran. We in general, how many people have failed because we did that to them. So here's the problem. What we're trying to create a culture and lead and train, yet we don't have anything in place to actually get them to go. You should be obsessed and investing and putting so much time and energy in creating an environment and creating a system and creating something that could create all stars. Because we found that if we can onboard new process, so there's two principles and we take these two for time's sake, I'm gonna just take two principles of Mesh them together.
