The original version of this served as something that mirrored a hard time for me. At that time, mum died at home, chemo and cancer trouble. From there on I couldn't listen to that track an it's lyrics without silently crying. This version helped me get over that feeling . It's more ethereal, ghostly and I can just associate it with something supernatural rather than real world.. Very least it's like a track from Silent Hill or akin to. Like it
