Only from an air gun. It is however being used behind metal or kevlar body armour to absorb the energy required to decelerate the bullet, which would otherwise transfer through to the wearer causing severe bruising.

it's a cool product I owned a chest armor but the demonstration that man dead was not that good a bat with padding on it we don't get padding on the road when reading or motorcycle in a thin piece of wood and hate mob
