Just have to keep doing those uber / tormented bosses and hope for the best really, or if you get a lot of them then gamble your sparks :D

How did you get your weapon to roll with +10 heads?

I got the +8 initially since it's a 2h weapon so it gets 200% bonus, so 8 instead of 4, then got the masterwork on it twice to get it to 10, sadly missed the 3rd masterwork. :(
