I'm a little confused by the 11,8/30cm measurement. Is that centered on the fold/center with equal parts on each side? It looks to be longer on one side of fold/center than other.

11,8 inches =30cm. I gave inch measurement since some countries use it 🥰♥️

I was too, then realized that the 30cm for the neck opening is centered on the midpoint. So 15cm to the left and also to the right.
