You can, it just takes a really long time to earn talents and need at least 1 friend who can craft mecha for badge drops. Permanent pets you can make if you play operation base a little every day, loot all the rooms, kill tank, heli, avenger, war machine for blue and purple pet liquid. collect daily trade tickets to buy evolution booster and eventually you can make pegasus or unicorn without buying gene lock factor. There's ways around spending tickets on a lot of things, it just requires work and time
