Sir as a civil engineer, I think there should be some blueprint of the whole drainage system just like we make blue print before constructing a house. Without blueprint, a contractor cannot work. Because incase a pipe chokes in future, it is the blueprint which needs to be referred to repair it.

Hello Mr Deepak, Greetings I m touched deeply and profoundly with the work you are doing. We need more people like you, a lot I would say. The work you are doing comes with a lot of challenges which we have little clue about. I m sunny Tyagi from resident of North Delhi. I am tired of the way system is still working in 21st century that too in capital city. In a recent incident police officer asked for 50k bribe for a submersible. I know it wasn't legal but I have some rental rooms, ready to pay extra or whatever jal board charge for continuous supply but getting supply once in two days that too for 2-3 hours is just not enough specially when daily consumption reaches to 4k liters a days , need to have a backup. Roads were constructed just around 6 months ago and now they are all holes that has become pool in this rainy season... It's become a fashion for them as they earn more this way constructing and digging. There is a lot to say and I can't write it all in here. Rest for when we'll meet in person. For now a humble request is to make a video on what as a citizen should we do when we encounter officials asking for bribe, or see encroachment and officials doing nothing or the rights we have that we can use without resorting to live social media videos for solving every little issue that we encounter. 🙏 More power to you!!

I think , Sir, before you move in the lay out drawings must be carried by contractors. Else its really waste of time. Sewage system is as important as potable water network and must be also designed well for good city design guide. The old pipelines can be used as conduits to run any cable works also if found useful else, must be removed same time when new network is lay down. This should be scope of work for new work.
