Try to increase the Basic pay scale. DA is 50% right now and they are going to add 3%. These kinds of DA are giving us the idea of inflation scenarios. Please, take some actions on inflation, too. Because all are not central government employees and they don't get 3-5% hike in DA every 6 months.

During 2006-2015 (10 yrs) regime of 6th pay commission DA increased by 110+ % , but 2016-2024 regime (7th Pay) it increased by 53%, till this year (9 years period), Did the ease of living bettered and inflation reduced in this decade? This is Kleptocracy...
