INGREDIENTS:
2 cup cooking oil
2 cinnamon sticks
3 brown cardamom
2 medium sliced onion
1kg keema
2 tbs garlic paste
2 tbs ginger paste
2 roughly chopped tomatoes
2 tbs crushed coriander
1 tbs paprika powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp salt
400g Split lentil
Dry fenugreek
1 tbs garam masala powder
Red and green chillies
