The little girl crying at the end was really sad. No one and i mean NO ONE should have to go through that or even know about that at such a young age. God bless you and your family. *edit* : Hey y’all- I know it’s been 8 months but holy crap! Thank you so much for the likes guys. Please continue to support BLM because people of color have it so hard nowadays. So many people are judgmental. I just recently found out that my best friend (a woman of color) was shot and killed by a white male on her vacation to her grandparents house. My heart dropped when I found out because we had been friends for years. I will forever miss my amazing best friend. I still talk with her family but it just isn’t the same and we are all aware. Coming from a hispanic family i do fear going outside one day and getting killed because of my color. I was asked to speak at court for the judgment for her m*rder. I was in tears but i spoke for her and i told the judge everything that happened between me and my best friend prior to the m*rder. I told him i forgave him. I told him i wanted him to start fresh with himself. he was in tears and so were my family and my best friends family. i don’t think i’ve gone through anything that traumatic EVER. please if your an adult of children. EDUCATE your child. Teach them right from wrong about racism. Dont let your child become the m*rderer like the 𝙾𝚗𝚎 who killed George Floyd, my best friend and so so so many more people of color. ✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿 if you are reading this then here is a quote i found about racism that i though i’d share. “George Floyd’s murder is not only an outrage. It is the latest manifestation of a system that callously devalues the lives of Black people. Our struggle is and always has been about justice - not justice on paper, but real justice in the real lives of real people.” - Sen. Bernie Sanders

We were segregated till 1964, nobody wanted to hire us, and we had to resort to living in low class areas cause we couldn't make no damn money. This forced some of us to steal to get what we needed to survive. Now white folks wanna act like we are ghetto cause it's a damn choice, maybe if our older relatives could have a got a fucking job we would have been able to live comfortable lives and wouldn't have to drop out of school to help our parents. We also could have stayed away from stealing and violence.

Dababy: makes a song a about blm and George Floyd TikTok girls: bOom cLAp MiDDLe FInGER THrOw it BaCK
@Astrlfire4 жыл бұрын
the version that was used for this performance:genius.com/Dababy-rockstar-blm-remix-lyrics the version that was on the album and dropped before all of this: genius.com/Dababy-rockstar-lyrics the people on tik tok are most likely using version OG aka the 2nd one now the difference between the remix and the OG version in case of the remix the opening verse flips the chorus from now looking through the current lens of police brutality and BLM. while in the OG version "brand new Lamborghini fuck a cop car" can call to the times he has been arrested like the 2019 battery case and when he was arrested in North Carolina in March for marijuana possession while in the remix the statement of "brand new Lamborghini fuck a cop car" can turn from a flex in the OG's case to "fuck the police im on the run" in the remix

itzz_just_ me But the real main sources of what's happening is because of racism.

no its not. Morgan freeman said it perfectly, "racism exists only because we keep talking about it and reffering to it." The problem were having now is that everyone dwells on racism too much that we see our differences as the color of our skin, but we are so much more then that. We as members of the human society should appreciate our differences and stop seeing the color of our skin ,because everyone is so much more.
