I just found you today and as I’m listening to this song it reminds me of dad. Growing up my dad left and tried to “be in my life” after about 10 years of being gone. This song just hit really hard cause the times he was around he would only speak to me about that I wanted todo when I grew up wasn’t man enough and always complain that to me that my things would be better if my brother and sister came to see him then turn around and leave again.
