I think its debatable. In 2014 and 2016 Bale was elite at real madrid but he also had ronaldo and benzema next to him with kroos, modric and casemiro in the midfield, the team was just ridiculous. He was also in a much easier league. In the 12/13 season at spurs he won prem player of the season, pfa poty and many other individual awards. I remember watching him at the time as a spurs fan and he was just unstoppable. Without him we would've done much worse. I think that season is agruably his prime and if not is at least in his top 3 best ever seasons, but I would put it first.

And yes, some teams were incredible only for a few years, before going back into the middle of their league ( Leverkusen, Valencia... ) We could add Parma which was incredible around 2000, Dortmund around 96-97 ... Monaco-Porto was how Mourinho became famous. But Monaco kicked out Real Madrid, and Chelsea, in an incredible manner, especially Madrid, with all the stars which were in the team, Beckham, Zidane, Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos... In the video, the come back from Liverpool against Milan is magic. But there is another final which was out of this world, it's actually the one, just before the video, in 99/00, between Bayern Munich and Manchester.

Day two of correcting Dabronco with his pronounciation mistakes: First of all, the hardest one here: Schweinsteiger. He is a German legend and is pronounced like swinstiger (except you pronounce the i like you pronounced RB Lepzig. Its a normality in German. Also, bear in mind that almost all the names you see that end with the letter C (Modric, Mandzukic, Rakitic and more) are pronounced like Modrits, Mandzukits, Rakitits... Last but not least, every time you see an H in a name ( in this video it was Kahn and Lehmann both great German keepers) you dismiss the h, so its more like Kan, Lemann etc
