OLD Bucharest/Bucurestii transit RATB- Old vids from 2004! (DAC Dynasty 5) Lots of Buses & Tramways

Videos from 2004 in Bucharest, with some DACs (of course..ok just one), a Hispano Carrocera, Castrosuas, V3As, a V3A and Rocar De Simon buses.
The DACMan is still house hunting, and doing it with messed up wisdom teeth...hence the no talky bits.

Oh man, great days, i remember the red nosed V3A trams whenever i went to the park in Drumul Taberei. Same for those Ikaruses, which i would take at times on the 611 to go with my father to the Tineretului park (in 2008 those were IVECOs). Those construction works at Piața Chibritul were still there in 2009, it took an eternity to conduct them. Now that railway bridge is in such a bad state it might aswell collapse in the same way that metro line in Mexico City did... Shame there werent any first-generation V3As because i would have liked to see them in a video at least. But this still brings me memories, feels like yesterday.

Yeah. I didnt have a video camera back then to record them, but David Spencer did some outstanding recordings in the 90s with all of them, and I think he still sells them on Amazon. I'd have to look for the link and if I find them, I will post them here!

@@mihaisandulescu9441 Da, d-abia asteptam craciumul sau vacanta de vara. Vremuri frumoase. Pe vremea mea era mai turbulent, revolutie, mineriade, dar chiar si copil fiind, tot gaseam ceva timp sa ma joc cu masinutele, chiar daca am fost la mineriade. 10 ani nu era varsta dar...cateodata asa se nimereste.

@@RipRoaringGarage eu am 28 de ani nu m-am nascut aproape de 2000 , in 1996 si in 2000 ierau la moda masinutele le-am prins si eu un timp pana sa am telefon android.
