That's strange did you follow the procedure exactly? Should work according to the manual i have.

+Service guide . I try many times but might there is difference because my car is only 1 year old, first coming out in 2012.

Patrick Ronsse I just did an oil change on my 2015 Logan 1.5dCi and it didn't work for me either. I know that your post is quite old but for future reference, I used the standard Renault reset process of holding in the mode button on the end of the wiper stalk, switching the ignition on and continue to hold the button for about 5 secs until the counter resets.

In the 2017 model the counter for maintenance is not even visible anymore. You get the spanner and a yellow "W" on the dashboard.

Sven how do you fix that problem?? Whit the “w” problem as well
