I've heard Koreans call Jimin "Little Prince" as a sort of pun - he's smallish and princely, but also the connection with The Artist is one lots of people have commented on - beautiful charismatic men who dance like angels and draw the eye. But then a lot of Koreans also love the St. Exupery story The Little Prince, and that character, who is very beloved, also suits Jimin in his offstage persona - curious, friendly, very kind and open. I'm glad to know you're doing content even when the kids aren't around. I'm a dad too, and my two oldest are out in the world making me proud every day.

BTS suffered a lot to get to where they are. They are beautiful, intelligent, educated, caring, generous and super talented young people. They sing well, they dance a lot and their lyricism is a differentiator. It is inexplicable how much hate, prejudice and racism they receive. From time to time they receive death threats. Envy, I believe. Many songs out there talk about things and people, but a large part of their songs talk about themselves and their experiences, which makes it much closer to fandon, due to its sincerity.

I feel you with the kids leaving. I am 48yr old mom of 3 and my oldest is moving in July across country (yes I feel like I am dying lol) but I am super proud of her and supportive. Does not mean it does not hurt because our kids are our world till one way they leave to become adult and grow up. I agree with the need to watch a guide. As I am sure most Army will suggest, the guide to BTS members, the Bangtan 7 is perfect introduction to their history and individual members. Nice family! I am also a proud 51-year old empty nester and BTS Army fan here as well. It's hard to see them leave the nest but you know that's what they have to do and it makes you proud to see them spread their wings. I like your energy and will follow. Get used to the term "Borahae"💜

They said when this concept came out, many of the ARMY wrote to BTS saying they got out of abusive relationships and started healing themselves. You really need to hear RM's speech at the UN assembly. Their partnership with UNICEF raised millions for (I believe) abused children around the world. Because Big Hits asked ARMY not to send gift to the member. many ARMY do charity work to honor their birthday. Just some of the things are, planting tree, built a hospital clinic for J-Hopes birthday, helped a small, impoverished village with repairs. Their membership has legal counseling services and so, so much more. They are not just a musical group. Even many celebrities have been influenced by their campaigns. I really recommend checking out the things behind BTS. As they say, welcome done the rabbit hole (Alice 😆) to the amazing world of BTS

Another 68 yr old ARMY here. The members started as trainees at different times. Watch Taylor Mari’s Guide and xCeleste’s video on BTS hardships. I think these would be good for your wife to watch with you. Also, imo the best docuseries is the fanmade series called “The Rise of Bangtan”. Each episode also has a video for deleted scenes and bonus scenes that are also worth seeing. You will learn so much and enjoy so much. You will also hear parts of songs that you may want to react to.

Circa 2019 I’d started listening to BTS quite a bit, including this song. My son, who was 9 at the time, was getting teased and bullied at school, and he told me that while the other kids were being mean, this song was stuck in his head and he didn’t let the other kids get to him. I liked BTS, before, but after that, I loved them. That son and I went on a 6 hour (each way) road trip together when he was 12 to see BTS at Vegas. 😄

I "was"...emphasis on the was, an empty nester after my husband left me and my daughter went off to uni. I was lonely at first but as soon as I had adjusted to it and was enjoying all my new found freedom my daughter dropped out and came home. about a month or two after that she moved her partner in with us under "temporary" circumstances. That was 4 years ago with no sign of either one them ever wanting to leave home now. Life never goes as we think it will lol.

Relocated back to my tiny West Indian Island of Montserrat. (with my then 11 yr old son). He returned back (to Quebec) currently 24 so, am an empty nester. Thankfully we speak several times a week and despite his busy schedule - makes time for his crazy arse Mom - where we watch (our fave TV Series...currently 'Fallout') together. As we're both Gamers and Nerds (even at my ripe ole age 🤣)....he 'done me proud'. If you want to learn about the members A Guide to BTS Members: The Bangtan 7 by Taylor Mari is a good place to start. It’s a long video but Army doesn’t care. We love watching long videos so pause as much as you want and soak it in. You will see how the group was formed and learn their backstory, names etc of each member. They say that you find BTS when you need them most so you becoming an empty nester is right now that you need them. Their music is very healing with meaningful lyrics and the theme of loving oneself is often present. You’re never lonely when you’re part of Army. And yes Jimin is very pretty! 🫰🏻💜🇨🇦
