He got a 100 month, an over nine year sentence in 2020 which he’s required to do 85%. The only ways he got out in less than two years was a presidential pardon/commutation of his sentence or it was a sentence reduction for cooperating with the FBI. The prosecution would ask the judge for a downward departure of the sentencing guidelines. In other words this guy snitched on someone.
