This mom heard that back pay amount and her eyes lit up. Then it was well I didn’t want to leave them there and he wouldn’t let me have them. She knew darn well she left those kids for him to raise. Now all sudden she wants custody. That’s a poor excuse for a mother and I hope the boys continue to have a good life with their dad.

Don’t forget, the father has eight children and only a few live with him and obviously he’s not working to support them because they’re getting government assistance, not the mothers of this story. I don’t think either one of these parents are a great place for these kids. Between the two of them, I think they have 12 or more children.

I've been on food stamps so I know that every 6 months you are required to do a phone call or in person interview with you for any filed food stamps where they ask a bunch of questions and one they always are very serious about is, "are the food stamps being ordered to that person only used food that person and that person only." So if the food stamps are in the kids name. ONLY THE KIDS SHOULD BE EATING THAT FOOD. Which obviously they have pretty much no way of knowing if what you tell the interviewer is true or not. And a lot of people don't listen to the rules. But they make it very clear in there 6 months check up that it's only for the kids. And since they didn't live with her. NONE OF IT WAS FOR THE KIDS. So she is most definitely in the wrong.

My father never gave my mother a dime, and we lived in poverty. I sure was missing him, I loved him I haven't seen him since I was three years old, murdered when I was 13. I've heard men complained they won't because they have to pay $100 a month for three children child support which doesn't cover anything anyway. The child is the marriage, he and her joined together as one. A child isn't a rag doll you just throw away after you're bored with it.

I agree there’s way too much fishy stuff going on in this case the divorce or separation and child support order is from 2012 but they said they didn’t break up until they guess about January or February 2017 so there’s already five years of child support he was ordered to pay But they were still living together. And the father at the end saying the kid doesn’t want to see his mom well I’m guessing that’s because you have refused for the last 23 or four years to let them see Mom and build that relationship back, he says she has a vicious dog. She said her dog barks. The dad never said the dog bit just that it’s a vicious breed so that’s why he didn’t let his kids go there at the end recording stopped. His wife had clearly been telling him exactly what to say because then he said well I guess they just can’t go with us. He has had them from every birthday and holiday for at least the last 5 to 7 years because if she asks the answer is always know and he admitted that she doesn’t at least said a week and a half ahead.

Between the two of them, they have at least 12 children and at least one more on the way. They’re both government assistance. They’re both have Medicaid for themselves and all the children, neither one of them has full custody of all of their children, and his only reason that he doesn’t “allow” the boys to go to their mothers is because of her dog that has never bitten anyone it just barks and apparently the stepmother and father don’t like it. He appears to be a control freak. Not that Mom is anywhere near perfect but after the case was done, he says to his wife who was coaching him well, I guess they don’t go with us. And he purposely made plans or made up that they had plans anytime the mom wanted to see the children. his wife should have zero say so over the children that should be between him and the children’s mother his wife should not be making decisions

And if what the father says it’s true that there was a signed notarized paper changing the school’s.That wouldn’t have been for just one week as the mother stated that would make 🙄no sense. I also believe she wants that large sum of 🤑backpay that she’s not entitled to totally. and one other thing she should be made to pay back those food stamp benefits, that’s fraud. At the 🤨very least, she should’ve used them to provide food for the children at the father‘s home. She was supposedly there a lot.💕☹️
