This is far away but his newest album (Hurry Up Tomorrow) js one of the best first listens of any album I’ve ever had. Can’t wait for u guys to get to kissland and beyond. Every album is amazing, especially his most recent one

Guys before you do kissland really pay attention to the lyrics. It’s his transition into fame and it has many layers. It’s The same darkness but more refined and industrial. It’s the exploration of the darkness that comes with fame and he’s scared and anxious about what’s to come.Just know when he may seem like he’s talking about a girl he’s actually talking about his fans. He’s saying sorry as it was kind of a farewell to his old fans and they can decide if they want to continue to listen once he goes mainstream. On the surface he’ll talk about engaging with a “working women” but he’s also talking from the fan’s perspective of him and how he feels like relates to a “s” worker and how fans want to domesticate him(lyrics from belong to the world) how he was there to fill in the void and darkness just like a “s” worker does. And the song adaptation is about regretting changing for the fame but he’s in too deep now as more eyes are on him. And with pretty it may sound like a love song on the surface but you’ll have a whole different perspective once you watch the music video. In my opinion it’s about cheating but it’s also represents how many fans are going to turn to other artist that are now going to bite the sound of the weeknds early dark music as we can see evidently today how much he influenced modern RnB. He was the first dark RnB artist. Please do your best to see past the surface. He’s stated in an interview that it was his most personnel and lyrically vulnerable album and there’s many layers too it.

Was waiting for this one. Loved the reaction, for me this is the best mixtape of the three, and thought you guys would love it more as its more darker than the last two. One thing i noticed and i hope im not talking shit, the version you guys are reacting sounds a lot like the remastered one that the weeknd removed (so for me is weird why its sounding like that, as its removed from everything i guess). That version is more refined and less raw (being honest, im glad the weeknd removed that version from everywhere), one way to notice is because of the bass, it has more bass than the original version (like the song the fall have a lot of bass when the original has a lot less) but maybe its only the recording. Still great reaction and hope to see more of the weeknd discography :).

I noticed you listened to the album version of the trilogy, in my opinion that version of this album is far worse, the original mix tape is far more original in sound, although the difference is minimal. By the way, it took me a couple of seconds to figure out which version of the album you are listening to😊XO guy

This one 'EoS' is the worst in the trilogy for me by far tbh.... still doesn't mean its bad, just not close to the first two on the trilogy for my taste also. The title track is my favourite on this project. Really looking forward to seeing your reactions to rest of his albums.... Ur in for a treat tbh. Try listening again without pauses, the flow from Montreal > Outside > XO/The Host > Initiation is my favourite part of the album Also I noticed at the end you might said you listened to the “Trilogy” album version of each mixtape. These have been remastered and I’d highly recommend the original standalone mixtapes for a rawer sound.

Hi lads I really think you should listen to Kid cudi’s man on the moon 1 as it’s one of the most universally loved hip hop albums and I think you two would love it. And for a more niche album/artist I think you should give Scorey’s help is on the way album a listen. Because with you liking juice WRLD’S experimental rap/rock/punk style I think you would absolutely love scorey as he has a lot of rock/guitar heavy type beats on the album. Also if you do see this comment and decide to listen to the albums/make reaction videos to them then kid cudi’s man on the moon one is the first instalment in a trilogy of albums called the man on the moon trilogy. With the second one man on the moon two coming a year after the first one with it having a lot more heavier topics such as suicide and drug abuse etc. And the third is kinda like an album about how he’s overcome everything. And if you listen to help is on the way by scorey I would highly recommend listening to the deluxe version of the album as it adds 7 perfect songs to an already perfect album in my opinion. And makes the album last just over an hour compared to the just above 40 mins of the original.

As a big Weeknd fan, I never really got the hype for this mixtape compared to the other two. Besides XO/The Host + Initiation, I find all the songs a bit samey (especially The Fall and Next) and way too slow (Outside and EOS). Maybe I just feel that way because its succeeded by Kissland and I love that one so much more.
