I've got an 89 Mustang that I was able to do the 4c to 5.0 swap about 13 years ago. I swapped out everything that was 5.0 related so I completely understand a lot of stuff that you mentioned in this video. As of right now I've been going through this car to restore it and I've been working on it for about 5 years now. I decided to go with a carburetor this time around the biggest problem I have is I want to keep my AC so it seems to me that I'm going to have to keep the computer do you know if there's a way around this?

@@xonsightx sounds like a great project. If you are referring to stepping the idle up when you turn it on and cutting it off at high rpm I think you will need a computer of some sort. I would look into a vintage air system first though. They make kits for old carb cars and they have foxbody kits.

The way I see people switch a fuel injection is buy a msd distributor and msd 6al box intake and carb and a fuel regulator

Msd is pretty old technology, many newer distributors you can tune with a phone.

What type of blower do you have and who sells it?

Its.a weiand sold by Holly but was discontinued a couple years ago. Mine was the second to last at summit a year ago.
