He mentioned remembering making quilts on a quilting frame with his Mom when he was a young boy and they sure came in handy in the winter . Bless his heart! I love when your daddy is in your videos. My grandma used to make them for my grandpa. She put them in a gallon jar with carrots, onions, cauliflower and sometimes other fresh veggies. So good!

Geez I always bring my eggs to a boil and then set them off the heat and set a timer for 10 minutes, then drop them in a ice bath and let them crack. Then peel. Back when I was raising laying hens I learned how to cook fresh eggs that don't peel easy in an instant pot . They peel like a dream after being cooked under pressure. Not overcooked, either. 2023 Eggs are becoming hard to find. Thanks for sharing. I have never made pickled eggs, I'll have to try it someday
