It's not difficult at all. I've done two of them. You just paint the first one where you're sure you want it. Then you just line up the four crosshairs in each corner, painting them withe the assigned color, in sequence (they are numbered). Just spray the paint thinly/lightly so it doesn't run/drip.

The best thing you can do is spend quality time woth them doing things they enjoy or trying new things. I saw what i believe to be the beat piece of advice you can get when it comes to kids, give them/buy them experiences not toys. Toys get thrown away but the experience will always live with them! Another really good thing to do is maybe sign them up for karate or some sort of martial arts and do the class with them, if you can. That will give them more self confidence, make them more self aware, more independence and the ability to defend themselves, to an extent of course. I love guns too so thats always an option depending on how you feel about them lol
