Those rifles are made for rest maybe I will get out with one of the sporter's made for bipods and try.

30years or so ago I bought a used mossberg model 144 22 bolt target rifle with lyman target sights. back then I would draw around a quarter and black it in. off sand bags at 100yd it easily stayed in the black 5 shot groups . I don't know if that is considered good shooting today with these match 22 rifles. papa wishing you well 😊
